Description
Ways to use essential oils
Diffuser: Diffusers are the most effective at dispersing an oil’s aroma and you only need to add 3-5 drops of an essential oil into the diffusers water.
Bath & Shower: add 3-5 drops of oil(s) to warm bath water or shower steam before stepping in.
Aroma Spray: In a 4oz spray bottle add 10 to 20 drops of oil(s) to water and spray to freshen up a room.
Massage & Skin oil: Combine 5 drops of oil(s) to 10ml of base oil (e.g. Sweet Almond Oil) before using topically.
Household Cleanser: Combine oil(s) with vinegar, alcohol, or distilled water in a spray bottle.
